We’re experienced with QuickBooks and Peachtree. If you have something else, no problem. When you know what your doing, you can take control of the software and get it to do what you want it to do. (Time spent on a new software is at a discounted rate)

We’ll prepare your payroll and take care of all the required filings (W-2’s, 941, 940, VEC, VA-15, etc)

Financial Statements Analysis

When you look at your financial statements, do you know what it’s telling you? Nothing is ever going to jump out at you and say “look here”. Let us analyze it for you to better help your business.

Internal Controls Implementation

This is the key to keeping your business from being a victim to fraud. This is also the key that will help you pass an audit, if you every have one. Let us help you get organized and setup procedures in place. It’s a bit more difficult for a small business, but it’s still doable.
